Brownie Botton Pie
(Serves 6)

    Ingredients

  4  oz. of semi sweet Baking Chocolate pieces
  1  Stick butter
3/4 Cup sugar or less
  2  Eggs (slightly beaten)
  1  tsp. vanila
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 1/2  Cups cold milk
  2   Pks. Jello Instant Cholocate Pudding and Pie Filling (sugar free if you can find it.)
       Cool whip topping (thaw)

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass pie plate). Grease sides and bottom of nine inch pie plate. 
Microwave butter and cholocate chips until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour and then
nuts. Spread in pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool.

When brownie mix is cool:
Pour milk in large bowl and mix in pudding mix. Beat with wisk or spoon one minute. Let stand 2 minutes.
Pour over brownie mix. Spread thawed cool whip on top. Sprinkle a few extra cholocate pieces on top for
looks.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Total preparation time: 15 minutes.
